Faith Stazzoni and Ray Stazzoni, R.N., are the owners and managers of Ocean Villa. Each has over twenty-five years of administrative experience in the Retirement field. Their education and lifetime personal involvement with seniors has provided them with the necessary knowledge and skills to successfully oversee all aspects of resident care, personnel training and business administration.

To ensure the highest standard of care, they recruit only the most qualified professionals. Each prospective employee must first pass a vigorous screening process, which includes:

• Careful evaluation of employee training history and references.
• Physical examination and Tuberculin test of  each staff member, plus First Aid training.
• Applicants are interviewed carefully to ensure that their attitudes & grooming habits meet our high standards of quality.
• All of our employees have been fingerprinted to ensure the safety of Ocean Villa residents.
• A delightful sense of spirit constantly surround our resourceful staff.
• This team of warm caring individuals are genuinely dedicated to Faith and Ray Stazzoni’s philosophy of personalized service and gracious living.

Our purpose is to create an environment as close to that which you or your loved one would enjoy at home. We proudly cater to the physical, emotional ad social needs of each resident by offering the highest level of caring personal attention.

• As a state-licensed Assisted Living home for ambulatory and non-ambulatory seniors, we offer quality and friendship you can trust 24 hours a day.
• Our total capacity is 36 residents, which enhances personal attention and promotes a friendly and relaxed living environment.
• We are located in the lovely coastal city of Santa Monica with beautiful ocean views form our Front Patio, Dining Room and Living Room.
• Featuring spacious rooms, many with private patios, verandas, and ocean views.
• Beautifully decorated rooms & common areas a found only in a fine bed and breakfast.
• Residents can relax and/or socialize with each other in our charming parlor, a sun-lit sitting room furnished with comfortable antiques and a warm fireplace.
• Delicious meals are served in our ocean-view dining room and prepared in our fully equipped gourmet kitchen. Tray service is also provided. We have found that our residents enjoy this freedom of choice.
